How to send an autodialer through a bulk SMS plans website:

  • Type in your login credentials, which you provided when you created your account.
  • Select the "IVR portal" option in the lower left corner of the panel after the user logs in.
  • Choose "Manage Autodialer" from the "IVR Portal" menu by clicking on it.

 

 

  • The user can choose from a number of options under the "Manage Auto Dialer" option, including "Send auto dialer," "Bulk auto dialer," "Dynamic auto dialer," "DB Campaign auto dialer," "Job Management," and "DLR Report." In the event that the user chooses the "DB Campaign auto dialer" option.

 

 

  • When you select "DB Campaign auto dialer," the "Voice Broadcast - Auto Call Dialer" dialog box will open.

 

 

  • The "IVR Number" should be typed into the appropriate field. 

 

 

  • By selecting the "First Dial" button. Choose either "Agent/Group" or "Customer."

 

 

  • Select the "Connect with" option. Select "Agent” or “Call Group" from the drop-down menu.
